CANALIZER FOR BIDIRECTIONAL NATURAL OR POLYETHYLENE CORKS MODEL "ALX-1"
TECHNICAL FEATURES: The machine base is made of INOX AISI 304, all weldings are well-finished and thoroughly pickled and glazed by hand. The mechanical parts are realized by numerical control machines, therefore a total interchangeability is guaranteed.
WORKING PROCESS: The corks are conveyed by the band elevator from the hopper to the canalizing group, which sends them to the corker feeding group. The corks are sent to the corker by a mechanical thrust system, which can handle corks of different dimensions without requiring any cork change part; this mechanism can handle both the traditional natural corks and the recently conceived polyethylene corks. The corker feeding flux is authomatically run by means of a photocell control system, according to the corker's needs.
