ISOBARIC FILLER

The isobaric system is the result of the most advanced technology reached by Alfatek.
Ranging from 9-80 valves it is a machine particularly suitable to carbonated products such as fizzy wine, sparking wines, beers and soft drinks, etc. It is remarkable for some technical solutions that enable this Isobaric filler to be one of the most modern and functional on the market.

The advantages are evident in a machine that is particurlarly suitable to bottle difficult and foaming products : reduced maintenance and a simple management in comparison to traditional models.

The opening of the valves is activated directly by the pressure applied by the bottle to the device which fits on the mouth as the bottle is lifted. Without a bottle, the valve remains automatically closed without any need of a surveying system. The closure, the self-levelling and the removal of the gas are controlled by a single device.

The changing format operation is simplified by the quick variation of the height of the tank, performed through an elctric command. No regulation of the phasing is necessary.

The filling system is designed to prevent the mixing of the product with air, thus dramatically reducing the risks of oxidation.

Self - levelling filling valves with an anti-burst device to prevent the leaks of the product in case a bottle was fualty.

Possibility of using bottles in PET and in PVC.

Extreme easiness in performing the operations of emptying the pipes from the product, and sanitizing the sytem. The washing and vaporization operations can be done by means of pressure vapour and high tempurations, essential for correct sterilization.
The collection tank for recyclable or waste products is positioned underneath the work surface of the machine.
 
VOLUMETRIC FILLER
These machines, produced in models raning from 6 - 60 siphons, emloyed a new, patented pneumohydraulic siphons that has been designed to obtain a convenient precision in dosage and versatility of application to different types and formats of containers: cans, glass, PET, PVC bottles, jars. etc

Moreover, it can perform layer - filling and reduce the flow in the final phase of the filling thus avoiding overflows of the product, turbulence or foaming in liable products.

The pumping of the product cannot be activated without a container.
